Rapidly expanding national property management firm is seeking a hands-on Regional Property Manager to oversee our New York and Conneticut apartment communities. The responsibilities of the position include overseeing all phases of management of the apartment portfolio and will work closely with the corporate office and on-site property managers. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in a residential property management position, Section 8 Tax Credit experience, be self-motivated, and possess strong written and verbal communications skills. Requirements, Skills and Abilities
• Must have Knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs
• Multi-site property management and lease up experience
• CPM designation a plus
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Ability to self manage and prioritize
• Hiring and staff development.
• Budgeting and marketing plan experience.
• Scheduling & managing operations
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales related abilities
• Some travel between properties
EXPERIENCE
MUST have prior Residential property management and Tax Credit experience
